How long does it take to photograph our team?
Most individuals can be photographed in just a few minutes. The total time depends on the size of your team, but sessions are designed to minimize disruption to the workday. Before your session, I'll provide a schedule and estimated timeline so everyone knows what to expect.
How are headshots delivered to our team?
Your organization receives access to a private online gallery containing all final images, making it easy to download, organize, and distribute headshots to employees. Individual team members can also receive access to their own images for LinkedIn, email signatures, and other professional uses.
What is your average turnaround time?
For groups opting for no touch-ups, photos are ready, named, and delivered via a thumb drive right after the final team member. The online gallery and edited photos come with a two-week maximum delivery window.
Do I offer reshoots?
For those in the Lynchburg area, I extend a 30-day window for team members who miss picture day at no additional cost.
